Welcome to Antique Identifier. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Antique Identifier mobile application ("App"), including any updates, new features, and related services provided by us.

By downloading, installing, or using our App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Antique Identifier is an AI-powered tool designed to identify antiques and collectibles from photographs. The App analyzes images that you upload and provides detailed information about identified items, including historical context, estimated values, materials, condition assessment, and expert chat functionality.

3. User Accounts and Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement: You must be at least 13 years of age to use the App. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use the App.

3.2 Account Information: Your identification history and bookmarked items are stored locally on your device. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and for all activities that occur through your use of the App.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

4.1 Free and Paid Features: Antique Identifier offers both free and premium features. Premium features include unlimited identifications, AI expert chat, and additional analysis tools available through subscription plans.

4.2 Subscription Terms

• Subscriptions are available as weekly and annual payment plans, with free trial options.
• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal by going to your Account Settings after purchase.
• No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during the active subscription period.
• Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

4.3 Lifetime Purchase: We may offer lifetime purchase options that provide permanent access to premium features without recurring charges.

4.4 Price Changes: We reserve the right to change our subscription fees at any time. If we change our fees, we will provide notice within the App and/or via email.
