At FishLog, we respect your privacy and take the protection of your personal information seriously. The privacy of our App Users is important to us, so we do not track any individual people. As a user of FishLog:

• No personal information is collected
• No information such as cookies is stored in the browser
• No information is shared with, sent to, or sold to third-parties
• No information is shared with advertising companies
• No information is mined and harvested for personal and behavioral trends
• No information is monetized
• Your uploaded pictures are not stored on individual servers and are only stored on Apple's iCloud

Data Analysis

To provide our fish identification and analysis service, FishLog uploads image data to ChatGPT (a service provided by OpenAI) for analysis. However:

• This data is used solely for the purpose of analyzing and identifying fish in your images
• The data sent to ChatGPT is not stored by OpenAI or any other third parties
• The data is not shared with any other parties or used for any purpose other than providing you with fish identification results
• Once the analysis is complete, the data is immediately discarded and not retained by ChatGPT or FishLog
