1. Scope

This Privacy Policy explains how Eyevo ("Eyevo", "we", "our", or "the App") handles information when you use the Eyevo mobile application or visit the Eyevo website.

Eyevo is an independent third-party Pokémon TCG card-scanning and collection app. It is not affiliated with The Pokémon Company, Nintendo, Game Freak, or Creatures Inc.

<aside> 🔒

Eyevo does not require an account and does not ask for your name or email address. Camera frames and the contents of your personal card collection remain on your device. Some technical, purchase, usage, and campaign-attribution data is processed under pseudonymous app or device identifiers.

2. Data that stays on your device

Camera data

Camera frames are used in real time to identify cards. They are processed locally and are not uploaded, stored on our servers, or retained after processing.

Collection data

Cards that you scan or add, collection organization, notes, and related local records are stored on your device. We do not transmit the contents of your personal collection to our analytics or advertising partners.

Downloaded card databases, prices, images, and model files are public app content rather than personal data.

3. Data processed off the device

App usage and interaction data

We process pseudonymous events needed to understand and improve Eyevo. These may include app launches, onboarding progress, feature and button interactions, scan or collection counts, paywall interactions, trial starts, purchases, subscription status, app version, operating system, device model, language, and general performance information.

We use sampling for many non-critical analytics events. Install, paywall, trial, and purchase-funnel events may be recorded without sampling so that campaign performance can be measured reliably.

Purchases and subscriptions

RevenueCat processes purchase history, product and transaction identifiers, prices and currency, trial and subscription status, transaction status, and a pseudonymous App User ID. Eyevo does not receive full payment-card details. Payments are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play.

RevenueCat also processes the iOS tracking-permission status and, when permission is granted, a Meta app-instance identifier used for campaign attribution. Selected trial starts, subscription purchases, trial conversions, renewals, and lifetime purchases can be forwarded to Meta for advertising measurement. On iOS, this forwarding requires an authorized tracking-permission status in RevenueCat. RevenueCat supplies these purchase lifecycle events to Meta; Eyevo does not also send the same purchases directly through the Meta SDK.

Device and technical identifiers

Our service providers may process pseudonymous installation identifiers, app-instance identifiers, push-notification tokens, device model, operating-system version, app version, language, network information, and similar technical data.
